Purchase credits inside your account and apply them to file jobs. The required amount is displayed before you confirm a job. Unused credits remain in your account for future work.

Yes. New customers receive immediate portal access. Individual jobs may still be paused if identification, file integrity or requested-use information needs review.

Upload the untouched original read from the correct ECM. Include the read tool, protocol or connection method and all available ECM identification. Do not label a previously modified file as stock.

Turnaround depends on the controller, service and quality of supplied information. The portal will show the job status and an estimate when available.

Open support from the corresponding job and include symptoms, fault codes, screenshots and logs. Eligibility depends on the original request and accepted terms.

If Cadaber accepts a job but cannot complete the requested service, the job credits will be returned to your account.

Checksum handling varies by file, ECM and flashing tool. Job instructions will state whether correction is included or must be completed by your tool.

Yes. Software changes may affect manufacturer or component warranty coverage. Review your warranty and obtain required authorization before ordering.

Cadaber provides services only for lawful applications. A label such as “off-road” does not by itself make a modification legal. Required emissions controls may not be defeated for unlawful on-road use.

Yes. Keep your verified original read and recovery information in more than one safe location before writing a modified file.

Cadaber may use identification tools to organize jobs, but a custom file will not be released solely because a database produced a possible match. The submitted original, controller identity and requested scope are reviewed before release.
